MSUnet Wireless, the centrally managed wireless internet service, provides wireless users with the flexibility to roam the MSU campus. MSU's wireless network supports all of the current Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) standards - 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n.

    MSUnet Wireless service is free of charge to the MSU community. Authenticate using your MSU NetID and password to gain full access to the MSUnet Wireless network. Guest access is also available with limited bandwidth. To find a location with wireless service look for the MSUnet Wireless icons (see image on right) located inside buildings or near building entrances around campus.     For departments interested in obtaining MSUnet Wireless service, please download the service request form and fax it to Academic Technology Services (ATS). Contact Us for detailed installation costs and scheduling.

    The Network Management group of ATS manages the campus wide network including the MSUnet wireless network.
